Butlered Items

  • Lobster crostini. Maine Lobster tossed with Basil, Roasted tomato and red wine vinaigrette and served on a Crispy sour dough crostini
  • Filet Mignon and Crab served on a crostini with Bearnaise sauce

Carving Station

  • Roast Beef Tenderloin with wild mushrooms and white truffle Butter sauce

Seafood Encroute 

  • Grouper, Salmon and Shrimp baked in French Puff Pastry and served with Chive Beurre Blanc

Risotto Station

  • Grilled Chicken and Fresh Vegetable Risotto with Romano Cheese

Seafood Display

  • An Array of Steamed and Chilled Seafood
  • Mussels and Littleneck Clams in Lemon Garlic Broth
  • Poached Shrimp in sun dried tomato Pesto
  • Fried Calamari
  • Oysters Rockefeller
  • Snow Crab

Salads and Dips

  • Tomato Basil Bruschetta with Garlic ,Lemon Zest and Olive oil served with Crispy Crostini Hot Crab, Artichoke and Jalapeno Dip with Toasted Pita
  • Fresh Mozzarella, Tomato and Basil salad

Chafer Items

  • Sesame Chicken Tenders with Green onion Sauce
  • Eggplant Rollentine  filled with ricotta cheese and finished with House made Marinara and Asiago cheese
  • Swedish Meatballs baked in a fresh Herb Sauce with Chives
