  • Crispy Crab Wontons with Asian Chili Sauce
  • Filet Mignon and Crab Encroute
  • Seasonal Fresh Melon and Prosciutto

Carving Station

  • Herb Roasted Prime Rib with Horseradish Sauce and Hot Aujus
  • Asian Marinated Leg of Lamb with cilantro Mint Sauce

Cold Food

  • Deluxe Fruit and Cheese with Fresh Fruit and Gourmet Cheeses
  • Tomato Basil Bruschetta with Sour dough Crostini
  • Assorted Deviled Eggs
  • Hot Crab and Artichoke Dip with Toasted Pita triangles

Chafer items

  • Oysters Rockefeller
  • Italian Meatballs in Fresh Marinara sauce and finished with Parmesan Cheese
  • Chicken and Prosciutto Roulade, with goat cheese and tomato Concasse

Sweets

  • Chocolate Covered Strawberries injected with Grand Marnier
