Booking Guidelines and Information

Our entire facility is available Saturdays for weddings and receptions from 1-5 P.M. or 7-11 P.M. and Sunday's from 5-9 P.M.

 

We are also happy to book smaller weddings and receptions Tuesday through Friday evenings or on a Sunday during the day. Please call our Banquet Manager for availability.

All rentals are based on 4 hour rental.

All rates are subject to change.

There will be a 20% service charge an a 7% tax added to each party.

 

 

Three Months prior to your wedding and after you have had ample time to review items from our Reception Menu Selections, our Banquet Manager will meet with you to discuss and customize menus according to your wishes and budget. Optional table and chair set-ups will be discussed and a detailed floor plan provided. Beverage options will also be discussed at this meeting.

 

Three Weeks prior to the wedding, final guest numbers, any minor food changes and/or final adjustments are to be completed, along with payment for food charges. Beverage costs are paid the day of the event.
